Mark mocked on Harvard commencement day. It's The Daily Crunch.

THE DAILY CRUNCH
FRIDAY, MAY 26 2017 By Darrell Etherington

Zuckerberg trolled on his big commencement speech day, Judge in Waymo/Uber case wants to see all the terms and VR's best game comes to Vive. That and more in The Daily Crunch for May 26, 2017.

1. Zuckerberg commencement is the perfect trolling opportunity

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg gave the commencement address at alma mater Harvard yesterday – a school he dropped out of. The Harvard Crimson, the university's student newspaper, was hacked to display hilarious goofs about the CEO, who can't help but appear like a giant goofus himself, as every press image captured at the event proves.

This hilarious prank is extremely appropriate in more ways than one – Zuck himself allegedly hacked the Crimson's editors back during his own tenure at the school.

2. Judge orders Uber to hand over the goods

Uber has been ordered to hand over the unredacted term sheet it created to set the deal with Otto when it acquired the self-driving trucking company. This is despite objections on the Uber side, but it could be a major turning point in the case, since it'll spell out what happened with due diligence. Or the lack thereof.

3. Nintendo skyrockets on Switch sales

Nintendo Switch is doing very well – so well, in fact, that I almost bought a second one today out of excitement. The shipments are helping buoy Nintendo's stock price, as is the news that super franchise Monster Hunter is coming to the hybrid console.

4. Unity could become the next big tech company

Unity's graphics tools undergird much of our augmented and virtual realities, which could be very good news for the company. Of course, this still seems like a potential future that could go bust, so there's a lot of risk in play, too.

5. Casper gets money from the establishment

Casper bills its mattresses as the disruptive alternative to traditional beds, but it just got $75 million from Target, which suggests it could be setting its sights more on the mainstream market in the future.

6. Instagram Direct could become Facebook's next messaging mega-hit

Instagram Direct is now a more usable messaging platform, since you can send and use weblinks within! Hard to believe this took this long to arrive, to be honest.

7. Vive gets the best VR game

The only game that has ever convinced me VR is truly worth experiencing right now is Superhot, and now it's on the HTC Vive. Get it if you've got one.
