The tutorial had two video and an HTML template you can download to create your own page.

Today I wanted to give you 5 different types of lead magnets you can create to start building your list by tonight.
Seriously...
Here they are:
The PDF report - promise your visitors a small 8-10 page 'how-to' guide, in exchange for their contact information.
An audio report - you can read the guide using Audacity and give your visitors the Mp3 version.
A piece of software - if you can write code then you can create a plugin to give away.
30 minute consultation - you can offer them a one-on-one consulting call with you.
A video tutorial (or video series) - you can record a screencast video using Camtasia or Screenflow and use that to get people to sign up for your list.
The thing is, you really have to know who your ideal customer is before you create a lead magnet. The last thing you want is to build a list of people who aren't interested in what you have to offer.
