David Ogilvy.
Ogilvy was an advertising executive and is often referred to as the "Father of Advertising". During his time as a copywriter he created some of the most successful marketing campaigns in the world.
Anyway, I really like what he said about writing.
"Do not ... address your readers as though they were gathered together in a stadium. When people read your copy, they are alone. Pretend you are writing to each of them a letter ... "
This is so true.
ESPECIALLY when it comes to email.
Change this ONE thing in the emails you send out to your subscribers and you'll see a dramatic difference in response.
(all positive of course)
... no one wants to get emails from big companies with zero personality.
All that people want are solutions to their problems - and this is what your product or service can offer them.
For the "how to's" of writing these high response emails check out Phase 3 of Epic Marketing - where I show you the 6 ways I write emails fast.
They're also fun to write when you understand the basics ... AND they're profitable, too.

Have a great weekend,
